Art Commissions (NSFW)
TOS
-I have the right to deny or reject any commission, whether before or after payment. This also applies to requests.
-Half payment is made after the sketch is completed. No progress will be done until half of the commission is paid.
-Final payment is made after the art is done. You will be given the full version of the art after payment.
-You can request edits (5 total) during the commission and 1 day after the commission is finished. Please be mindful of what stage you're requesting the edit and quickly point out mistakes. I will send updates frequently. If there is a mistake in the sketch, telling me about the mistake during rendering might result in you waiting longer for your finished art!
-You can use the final art for anything non-commercial or commercial (Except AI image generation)
-You can edit the final art.
-Do not use my art for hate speech or the promotion of hateful rhetoric (e.g. racism, transphobia...) or anything harmful (e.g. pedophilia, zoophilia...)
-Do not use my art to train AI generation or use for AI chatbots.
